Important Notice: Paper Correspondence

All members will be receiving a letter in the coming weeks about subscription increases, coming into effect from September 2024.  If you do not receive this letter by August, please contact our reception team on 020 8613 6500.

In accordance with our sustainability targets, we have taken the decision to stop sending out paper correspondence from September 2024.  As such, any information directly relating to your membership will be sent via email going forward.  Please ensure that we have the correct email for you stored on our database if you would like to receive membership-specific information.  These emails will be sent infrequently, on an ad hoc basis, and will inform you of significant changes directly relating to your membership (such as subscription increases, closures, etc.).

Emails on our database are not used for the purpose of newsletters.  Mailing lists for newsletters are stored separately and are sent out via Mailchimp.  Newsletters include club news, such as opening hours and information about courses, classes and events/exhibitions in the cafe.  Member newsletters are sent out every other week, whilst family-specific newsletters are sent out monthly.  If you would like to receive newsletters, please opt in by visiting the bottom of the homepage and selecting the appropriate newsletter.
