Following feedback in the member’s survey about cleanliness in the changing rooms, there will be cleaners operating at the Club during peak times until the Summer Term. This includes:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5.30-8pm
- Saturdays and Sundays at 9-11.30am
The cleaners will be mainly focusing on the wet side changing rooms, but will also be checking the café toilets and dry side changing areas.
Please note, it is not always possible to guarantee a male and female cleaner. To ensure cleaners can operate as effectively as possible, please stow all belongings in lockers – including coats and shoes. If you do not have change for this, please ask the reception team for a token.
We recognise that clean spaces significantly impact member experience. Please take responsibility for this by simply taking off your shoes before you enter wet side spaces, throwing away empty bottles and hair in the shower and ensuring children are supervised. Shoe covers are also available at the entrance to each changing room, but these are not environmentally friendly.
If you have any concerns about cleanliness when visiting the Club, please inform the Duty Manager when you are there.
