From Monday 9th June, the online bookings page for classes and court bookings at JAGS Sports Club will be refreshed, in accordance with the software update, which started earlier this year. The new bookings page will help members book, cancel and view their bookings more easily.
The key changes are as follows:
* Members logging in for the first time to the new booking page will need to create a new log in and password.
* The layout and navigation of the bookings page will be slightly different.
* Booking times for classes will change to 10pm, eight days in advance.
These changes will come into effect on Monday 9th June. Please note the following timings:
At 6am: Members can book classes for Monday 16th June, as normal.
At 10am: Members clicking on the bookings page after 10am will see the new format and will need to set new login details.
At 10pm: The new booking time of 10pm, eight days in advance, will now be activated. For example, those logging on from 10pm on Monday 9th June will be able to book any class taking place on Tuesday 17th June.
Unfortunately, the system update does not allow us to change the booking times of online court bookings. As such, online court bookings remain available from 12am, seven days in advance.

Setting Up Username & Password from Monday 9th June at 10am
Please do not attempt to log in and change your details prior to 10am on Monday 9th June, as the information will not be stored.
Start by clicking on the link https://jagssportsclub.gladstonego.cloud or entering the address into your browser. You can also reach this page via the Bookings tab on the navigation bar at the top of the homepage.
- Click on ‘LOGIN’.
- You will now see a page with the JAGS Sports Club logo. Select ‘Forgot my password’.
- Enter your email address, ensuring it matches the one on your membership profile.
- An email will be sent to your inbox with a clickable link. This may take a few minutes to come through but check your Junk folder if it hasn’t appeared after a few seconds. If it still hasn’t come through, it may be that you are using a different email address to the one used to set up your membership profile at the Club. Please call us on 020 8613 6500 if you need to check.
- Once you’ve clicked on the link, you will be asked to create a password using one upper case, one lower case, one special character, one digit and minimum length of 8 characters.
- You can now log in and start booking classes.
Booking a Class
- On your dashboard, select Book on the top navigation.
- Use the drop-down box to select the class you’re looking for. You may need to Clear Filters if the activities are not visible in the drop-down box. Note that class types are grouped together so all Yoga classes will be listed under Yoga.
- A list of available classes will then come up, showing how many spaces are available on each class.
- If a class is full, click on ‘Add a class alert’ to be added to the waiting list.
- Everyone on the waiting list will be sent an email if a space becomes available and the space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Navigation functions on the new booking page
Dashboard: Check in on your analytics; how many times you’ve visited the Club, etc.
Bookings: Find your upcoming bookings and waiting list places.
Book: Book your classes.
Basket: Pay for a Non-Member who is linked to your membership account. You may also see outstanding membership payments here, if your Direct Debit has bounced or been cancelled.
My Account: Update personal details, communication preferences or amend password. Have an overview of your Membership subscription. See Linked Members. Add card payment details in Wallet.
