International Women’s Day Workshop: Cacao Ceremony & Deep Gong Bath Relaxation

This International Women’s Day, gift yourself a moment of self-care, connection, and renewal in a nurturing space designed just for you.

Guided by Sara, this afternoon gathering will feature ceremonial cacao and meditation, journaling, and a deeply restorative gong bath—a soul-nourishing experience to celebrate the day.

 

🌿 What to Expect:

Ceremonial Cacao Ritual – Your journey begins with a Cacao Ceremony, where Sara will share the ancient wisdom of this sacred plant and how it can help you connect more deeply with yourself. As you sip your warm cacao, you’ll be guided through a meditation to open your heart, quiet your mind, and embrace the present moment.

🧘 Journaling – With newfound clarity, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions through gentle journaling prompts. This is your time to reflect and celebrate the spirit of the day in a safe and supportive space.

🎶 Gong Bath – The experience will end with a deeply immersive sound journey. As the soothing vibrations of gongs and other healing instruments wash over you, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation, balance, and inner peace.

Whether you come alone or with friends, this gathering is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and celebrate the beauty of womanhood.

Please bring your journal /notebook and a pen with you and wear comfortable clothing, which you can layer on or take off.  Blankets, bolsters and mats are provided.

 

Things to consider:

It is preferable to not eat for 2 hours before the ceremony and limit consumption

of caffeine.

 

*Cacao is not recommended if you are taking antidepressants or mood

altering medication which contain SSRIs, as Cacao may overload the serotonin

receptors; if you are taking heart medication heart conditions and blood pressure

*Gong is not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy,

those experiencing severe mental health conditions, if you have a pacemaker or

other metal implants, and if you are affected by epilepsy
