App Update and Scanning In

We require members to check in for classes and courts so that we can monitor and address no shows for class and court bookings.
New QR Code Entry at JAGS Sports Club
From Monday 2nd February, members will be able to check in for their activity in record time using the JAGS Sports Club app!  To check in simply:
  • Open the app and log in
  • Tap the ‘Entry’ icon on your home bar and your personal QR code will appear
  • Scan the QR code on a QR code scanner

Note:  QR code scanners will be installed on top of the reception desk and you do not need to wait or speak to the reception team to sign in.  Codes will update every two minutes for security reasons so please generate your code and scan immediately.  You can sign in a maximum of two hours prior to the activity taking place.

If you are not using the app, please check in with the reception team.
Important Tech Information
All members using the app need to ensure they have downloaded the updated version (1.8.1) to avoid reduced functionality.  If you are experiencing issues with the booking page or app, please:
  • Clear your browser and app caches
  • Ensure your device software is fully up to date
  • Install any outstanding security updates
  • Update all apps to their latest versions

  • Whether the issue occurs on the website or the app
  • The make and model of your device
  • The software version your device is running
  • If using the website, whether you are accessing it via Safari or Google Chrome
