Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is taught in a studio, which is warmed to 28 degrees.  The heat helps to deepen stretches and encourages detoxification. Stevie teaches a style of power yoga that flows in rhythm with breath and he brings variations so that every class experience is different.

How can it benefit you: Hot Yoga is for everybody from beginners to super-fans.  It will get your heart racing as well as building your external muscles and squeezing your internal organs.  It’s much more dynamic than classic yoga so expect to sweat!  You will leave feeling fantastic…
