12 Days of Christmas

Back by popular demand…. our festive 12 Days of Christmas in support of Southwark Foodbank.

The Pecan foodbank will be a lifeline to local families in our community this Christmas and we would love to be able to contribute as much as possible to their sterling efforts in supporting people in need.

To take part, simply bring in items for the foodbank collection and hand to the reception team. In return, participants will receive one ticket per donation drop (not per item) for our free prize draw. Donations can be made from Sunday 1st December at 7am until Thursday 12th December at 9pm.

Winners will then be picked at random on Friday 13th December and contacted shortly afterwards.

Items urgently needed by Southwark Foodbank:

  • Tinned items including meat, vegetables and fruit
  • Jams, UHT milk, instant coffee, shampoo and deodorant
  • Christmas treats including chocolate, cakes, etc

Please do not bring perishables and check the use by date, as the food will need to last several weeks between drop off and being assigned to those in need.

As always, we couldn’t do this without the generous support of our lovely community.  Prizes this year include:

1st Prize: 3 month Family membership at JAGS

2nd Prize: 1 month Adult membership at JAGS

3rd Prize: Full week of Day Camp in February 2025 Half Term

4th Prize: One space on an adult course in the Spring Term (5 week Swimming/Climbing or 4 week Yoga Menopause)

5th Prize: One hour PT session with Richard Brunning (RBPT)

6th Prize: 30 minute swimming lesson with Daisy

7th Prize: Sports massage or nutrition coaching with Sid

10th Prize: Two keep cups + coffee and pastries for two at Copper Beech Café

We look forward to receiving your donations soon – thank you so much for taking part and bringing the true spirit of Christmas to our community.
